Jedat exhibits at “Photomask Japan 2012”, to be held at Pacifico Yokohama April 18- 19.
Jedat exhibits HOTSCOPE originally developed by DNP. HOTSCOPE is an ultra high speed DFM data browser, supporting GDS2, OASIS and Mask data.
HOTSCOPE recently supports Extended MEBESJOB which enable to check JOB placement by using GDS2/OASIS pattern before fracturing.
HOTSCOPE gets patent for Pellicle and Cassette overlap checking. HOTSCOPE strongly supports mask data preparation and mask manufacturing.
Also Mr. Takagi of Jedat makes a presentation in Session 7, FPD Photomasks on Wednesday afternoon.
